Madison Fox is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If an order was fulfilled incorrectly from Madison Fox, please email the order number and the problem to madison@authormadisonfox.com

 

Returns or Exchanges:
All sales are final. Damaged and defective items are the only exceptions.

 

Damages and/or Missing Items
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.


What qualifies as damaged:
-Severely dented/crushed
-Broken or crushed spine
-Very noticeable blemishes on the cover/spine.
-Ripped or bent pages that affect the readability of the book.

What does not qualify as damaged:
-Light scratches
-Small dings/dents
-Minor dented corners/dogearred corners
-Wavy pages

Madison Fox is not responsible for any waterdamage that may occur from the postman leaving a package outside.
